Credits, cancellation, and refunds.

Review the plan, billing currency, billing period, included credits, and the total shown at checkout. Annual billing means paying for an annual term. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Generations use credits. The amount depends on the model and settings, including resolution, quality, and duration. Use the amount shown for your selected action; a general “price per image” cannot describe every model and setting.

Under the Terms, plan credits roll over while the subscription remains active. Remaining plan credits expire 30 days after the final paid period ends. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while the account remains open. Promotional credits may have separate conditions shown with the offer.

Open Billing and use the subscription management controls to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Stopping renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Download the work you need before closing your account.

The Terms allow you to cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription and request a refund of unused credits. Email support@objekt-ai.com from your account email with the purchase date and invoice reference. Do not send full card details.

For a duplicate charge, an unrecognised payment, or a service failure, contact support with the relevant invoice or generation identifier. Mandatory consumer remedies continue to apply. This policy does not replace a statutory right of withdrawal or a remedy for faulty service.

A failed generation and a successful result that needs creative revision are different cases. Check the job status and your credit history before submitting again. If the expected credit return is missing, send support the generation identifier. A credit return is not a refund to your payment method.

Consumers in some countries have a statutory withdrawal period. Starting a service or supplying digital content during that period can have different consequences, depending on the purchase and the consent obtained. Your mandatory rights are not waived by this page.
