Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 18 May 2026

OBJEKT is for legitimate product photography. This page lists what you must not do with it. It is part of the Terms of Service. We enforce it.

1Hard prohibitions.

The following uses are prohibited absolutely, with no exceptions, and will result in immediate termination, content removal, and (where legally required) reporting to authorities.

  • Generating any content sexualising a minor, or content depicting a minor in a manner that a reasonable person would find indecent. This is reported to the appropriate hotline and to law enforcement.
  • Generating non-consensual intimate imagery (“NCII”) of a real person, including deepfaked nudes or sexual imagery of a real, identifiable individual.
  • Generating content that incites imminent violence against a person or group, or that promotes terrorism or other organised violent activity.
  • Generating content designed to facilitate the manufacture or distribution of biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons; or instructions to harm critical infrastructure.
  • Generating imagery designed to dehumanise or harass a person on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Generating imagery to facilitate fraud, deception, or impersonation — including counterfeit packaging, forged official documents, or fake compliance markings.

2Intellectual property.

OBJEKT is a brand-owned product photography tool. It is not a back-door to depict other people’s brands.

  • Do not upload a product reference you do not own or have a licence to depict. If you are an agency, get written sign-off from the client whose product you are uploading.
  • Do not generate imagery that copies the trade dress, packaging, or distinctive look of a brand that is not yours, in a way likely to confuse consumers.
  • Do not generate logos, trademarks, or distinctive design elements of brands you are not authorised to use.
  • Do not generate imagery that knowingly infringes someone’s copyright — including by close imitation of a copyrighted photograph or campaign.

3People and likenesses.

OBJEKT is a product-imagery service, not a human-imagery service. Even though our shot systems sometimes place a model in frame (“Cast”), those models are generic — not real people.

  • Do not generate imagery intended to depict a specific, real, identifiable person without that person’s verifiable, written consent. This includes celebrities, public figures, and competitors’ executives.
  • Do not upload reference imagery of a real person other than yourself, or someone whose permission you have, unless that imagery is being used as a stylistic reference rather than to replicate the person.
  • If you generate an image that accidentally resembles a real, identifiable individual, do not publish it.

4Misleading, regulated, or unsafe claims.

  • Do not use OBJEKT to fabricate compliance markings, certifications (e.g. CE, FDA, Halal, Kosher, organic), award stickers, or efficacy claims that the underlying product does not legitimately hold.
  • Do not generate health, medical, financial, or legal claims that would, if real, require regulatory approval that the product does not have.
  • Do not generate before/after imagery designed to deceive consumers about a product’s capabilities (cosmetic, supplement, fitness, medical, etc.).
  • Do not generate firearm, ammunition, or explosive imagery designed to circumvent local advertising restrictions.

5Platform integrity.

  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our models, weights, system prompts, or proprietary infrastructure.
  • Do not run automated tooling against OBJEKT beyond the documented API (when published), or attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse-prevention systems.
  • Do not use the service to load-test, denial-of-service, or otherwise stress our infrastructure or any sub-processor.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to bypass plan limits or consume free credits we have allocated to a single human.
  • Do not resell raw OBJEKT generation capacity as a competing image- generation service.

6What happens when you breach this policy.

Depending on the severity of the breach, we may:

  • Remove the offending content;
  • Warn you, and require you to confirm understanding before continuing;
  • Restrict your account’s ability to generate certain content types;
  • Suspend your account pending investigation;
  • Terminate your account, with or without refund, depending on the breach;
  • Where required by law (in particular for hard-prohibition categories in §1), report you to the relevant authority and preserve evidence for them.

7Reporting abuse.

If you believe an OBJEKT user is breaching this policy or has generated content that infringes your rights, please email abuse@objekt-ai.com or use the IP takedown form at /dmca. Include URLs or screenshots where possible. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and act on validated reports promptly.
