Licensing & commercial use
Your work. Your responsibilities.
A practical guide to ownership, commercial use, and the permissions you need before publishing.

What stays yours.
You keep your rights in the images, videos, audio, prompts, and brand assets you upload. Under OBJEKT’s Terms, any rights OBJEKT has in your generated output are assigned to you to the extent the law allows. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection everywhere and may resemble work generated for others.
Using outputs commercially.
You may use outputs in your own work and client projects subject to the Terms, applicable provider restrictions, and the rights in your inputs. A commercial-use permission does not clear a third party’s trademark, copyrighted work, product design, image, or voice. Check those rights before using a result in an advert, listing, or campaign.
People, voices, and source footage.
Use identifiable people and voices only with the necessary permission for the intended use, including editing, AI processing, and publication. Permission to view a clip online is not permission to upload it, recast a person, clone a voice, or imply an endorsement. Do not create deceptive testimonials or make someone appear to endorse a product without permission.
Review product accuracy.
Check claims, labels, logos, dimensions, colours, and performance shown in the result. AI may change details or invent features. The final asset should accurately represent what you offer and comply with the rules of the platform where you publish it.
Disclosure and provenance.
Follow applicable requirements to disclose AI-generated or manipulated media and advertising. Where disclosure is required, make it clear in the publishing context. Do not remove required authenticity or provenance information. A watermark-free export is not a legal exemption from disclosure.
Community is a separate choice.
Posting work publicly does not transfer ownership to other members. A recipe can help someone recreate a process, but it does not grant rights in your source files, brand, face, or voice. Read Community Guidelines for sharing and remixing.
